SWEET VANILLA PEANUT POPCORN

SWEET VANILLA PEANUT POPCORN 4 cups air-popped popcorn 1/4 cup roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus more as needed 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tablespoon melted butter Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Sprinkle the peanuts, sugar and salt over the popcorn and toss well. Stir together the vanilla extract and melted butter and drizzle over the popcorn. Toss again to coat. Season to taste with additional salt, if needed.
