REESE'S RICE KRISPIE TREATS
5 tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 packages (10 oz) Marshmallows
4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
4 cups Cocoa Krispies cereal
1 cup Peanut Butter
Almost a whole bag (12 oz) miniature Peanut Butter Cups
11 oz bag Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Chips
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Turn off heat.
Add the 1 cup peanut butter and stir until well mixed with marshmallows.
Add all 8 cups of rice krispies cereal, 2 cups at a time. Stir until well coated.
Using a buttered spatula or wax paper (i used a ziploc bag), evenly press the cereal mixture into a 13×9 inch pan coated with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
Chop the Reese's peanut butter cups into pieces and set aside.
Melt the bag of milk chocolate and peanut butter chips in microwave for 40 second intervals, making sure you keep on stirring until all chocolate is melted and mixed well together
Pour the melted chocolate over top of the Rice Krispies and spread evenly with a knife.
Top with chopped Reese's peanut butter cups and cover until chocolate is dry, then cut into squares
