Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops

Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops 6 thinly sliced pork chops 2 tbs olive oil 1 clove minced garlic 2 tbs brown sugar 1 tsp Cajun seasoning 1 - 2 tbs additional olive oil Place first 5 ingredients ziploc bag. Shake to mix thoroughly. Marinade in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours. Remove from refrigerator. Heat 1 - 2 tbs olive oil a large skillet. Place chops and marinade in skillet. Cook chops 3 at a time for 3 - 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Repeat with remaining chops.
