Cheese Enchiladas

Cheese Enchiladas 1 pkg flour tortillas 1 large pkg of shredded cheese 1 large tomato 1 large white onion 2 cans of enchilada sauce 1 jar of favorite salsa Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop up onion and tomato and set aside. Pour one can of enchilada sauce into a 9×11 pan, lay the number of flour tortillas you want to make flat on a plate and place cheese, onion and tomatoes in each, roll each up and place edge side down in the 9×11 baking pan you poured the sauce in earlier. Once all the enchiladas are in the pan, pour the last can of enchilada sauce over the top evenly and top with more cheese. Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes, take out of oven and top with some salsa or anything else you like.
