All-Purpose Chicken Marinade or All Purpose Pork Chop Marinade 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbs Garlic minced 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Pepper Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl Shake or whisk together Pour over chicken and pork, and allow to marinate 4-12 hours.
