Stove Top Chicken, Broccoli Alfredo Casserole
3 1/2 C. shredded cooked chicken
12 oz. steamable frozen broccoli, steamed according to pkg. directions
1 1/2 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
14.5 oz. jar alfredo sauce
8 oz. rotini pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions
parmesan cheese for serving
Put the chicken and broccoli in a skillet, toss with the house seasoning and pour in the alfredo sauce. Cook over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes to warm the sauce. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
