Chili Spiced Air Fryer Potatoes & Onions 4 medium yellow potatoes, washed 1 medium onion, quartered and thick sliced 1 1/2 T. olive oil 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. pepper Half the potatoes and cut into wedges. Soak them in cold water for 1 hour. Drain the potatoes, dry them with a few paper towels and put them in a ziploc bag along with the onions and remaining ingredients. Shake to coat the potatoes well. Pour them into the basket of your air fryer. Cook them at 390 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Oven: Spread the seasoned potatoes & onions on a baking sheet sprayed with a little cooking spray. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and lightly browned.
