Three Meat Crock Pot Ravioli
Three Meat Crock Pot Ravioli
24 oz. jar marinara sauce
1 lb. frozen homestyle meatballs (no need to thaw)
25 oz. pkg. frozen cheese ravioli, (no need to thaw)
1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 lb. link italian sausage, cut into 1/4" slices (browned in a skillet if you prefer)
1/2 C. diced pepperoni
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese (shred it yourself, it melts so much better)
Spray your crock pot with a little cooking spray. Put half of the marinara in the bottom of the crock pot then top with the meatballs, then the ravioli. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, garlic, basil and oregano. Add the italian sausage and pepperoni then the remaining sauce, do not stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. During the last 30 minutes, stir in 1 C. of the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle the remaining on top. Cover and allow to melt completely.
