Slow Cooker Italian Pork Tenderloin
1 1/4 pork tenderloin
2 carrots, sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced
2 white potatoes, cut into bite size peices
1 sweet potato cut into larger size than white potato they will cook quicker
2 tbsp Good Seasoning Italian dressing mix
1 pkg au jus gravy
1 cup water
Cut your veggies and place in slow cooker. Add pork tenderloin on top of veggies
In a measuring cup measure 1 cup water. Add au jus mix and good seasoning and stir together.
Pour over roast and veggies.
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Remove pork and let it sit for 1o minutes before cutting then add veggies to plate and pour gravy over pork and veggies.
