Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Strawberry Cheesecake Dip 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 cup + 1 tsp. powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1.5 cups chopped strawberries 1 tsp. granulated sugar With an electric mixer, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add 1 tsp. powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Carefully mix in 1 cup of strawberries. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/2 cup strawberries with the teaspoon of sugar. Mix and let the strawberries sweat for a minute or so. Top the cheesecake dip with the sugared strawberries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
