Honey Sausage & Green Beans

Honey Sausage & Green Beans 1 lbs of honey sausage casing removed 2 cans of green beans 1 tablespoon of Thyme 1 teaspoon of Ginger Grind 1 tablespoon of Rosemary 1 tablespoon of Paprika 1 tablespoon of black pepper 1 cup of white cooking wine 1/2 cups of brown sugar unpacked (sweeten to taste) 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 medium onion finely chopped 1/2 green pepper finely chopped Take sausage casing off and cut into 1/2 inch pieces roll gently into a ball, in a medium size bowl add wine and sausage. Allow sausage to be all in wine add Thyme, Paprika, Rosemary, Ginger, and Black pepper. Sparkle over meat evenly. Place in Refer for 20 minutes, cook your green beans. On low heat while waiting. In a large skillet add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, warm up add sausage and wine to skillet on low heat cook till meat to competition, approx 8 to 10 minutes. Cut into smaller bit size pieces as need with wooden spoon. Remove from skillet, using same skillet add remaining oil add onion and pepper cook till soften approx 3-4 minutes stirring to keep from burning. While doing this you can drain off your green beans place them back into the pot add your brown sugar and stir to mix. Adjust sweetness to your taste. Add them to the skillet stir them in with the onion and green peppers allow to heat up while adding your sausage back into the skillet. Stir to mix cook for 1-2 minutes to warm up. Removed and serve.
