BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT POPCORN
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
8 cups popped popcorn
Heat oven to 250 degrees. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. In cup, combine butterscotch sauce, and salt. Microwave 15 seconds or until melted. In bowl, toss popcorn with butterscotch mixture and peanuts. Spread popcorn mixture on baking sheet. Bake 25 min. Let cool. Break up large pieces of mixture. SERVE & ENJOY
