No Peek Casserole
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 - 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 4 ounce can mushrooms
1/2 cup red wine
Hot cooked noodles or rice
Combine meat, soup mix, soup, mushrooms and wine in slow cooker. Cook
on low for 8 to 12 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
