Citrus Salt
1 cup kosher salt
4 limes, zested
2 lemons, zested
2 oranges, zested
1 tbsp tarragon
Store in an airtight container. Use as a rub on poultry or fish prior
to cooking or sprinkle on afterward. Sprinkle on pasta or veggies or
mix with softened butter and use it that way
