STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE LAYER CAKE AND
CHEESE CAKE
1 box Pillsbury White Cake Mix
2 whole eggs
1 box Jello-No-Bake Cheese Cake (New York Style)
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
2 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tbsp. vanilla
Mix cake mix with eggs; follow directions on box. Divide into three round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
Prepare CRUST according to cheese cake directions and set aside.
Blend milk, cream cheese, sour cream, Cool Whip, and vanilla in a large bowl and beat; gradually add cheese cake mix. Blend until smooth.
Layer white cake with filling and a layer of strawberries between each layer. Top with layer of cheese filling and strawberries. Cheese filling can also be used around outside.
Fill pie crust with remaining cheese filling and refrigerate
