Honey-Butter Chicken
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 green bell pepper -- diced, optional
4 pieces chicken -- to 8
Melt butter and mix with honey and seasoned salt. Place chicken skin
side down in baking dish, pour honey-butter over chicken. Bake covered
for 40 minutes at 350°.
Turn chicken over, add bell peppers and bake until the skin begins to
turn brown. About 15 to 20 more minutes
