PINA COLADA CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can cream of coconut milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 medium carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. shredded coconut
Mix cake by directions, substitute pineapple juice plus enough water
called for in cake mix. After cake is mixed, stir in pineapple and bake
by directions on box. While cake is baking, mix cream of coconut and
Eagle brand milk and set aside. While cake is hot, poke holes all over
cake and pour mix over cake. Let cool. Mix Cool Whip and 1 cup shredded
coconut and spread on top of cake. Sprinkle coconut on top and garnish
with nuts. Keep in refrigerator
