Cheesecake Strawberries
24 lg. strawberries
12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. confectionary sugar
1/2 c. almonds or pistachios, chopped
Whip together the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar.
Cut a small slice off the bottom of each strawberry so it can stand
upright.
Scoop out each hull with a small melon baller.
Pipe cream cheese into hole.
Sprinkle with chopped almonds or pistachios.
Chill, and serve.
Makes 24 servings
