Orange Jello Cheesecake
9 inch graham cracker crust
2/3 cup boiling water
4 ounce orange Jello box
1 cup cottage cheese
8 ounce block of cream cheese
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
1. Pour the boiling water into the Jello mix in a bowl and stir until dissolved.
2. Put cream cheese, cottage cheese, and Jello mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to a big bowl and fold (gently stir) in the whipped topping.
4. Then pour into pie crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
