Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa Cake
1 C. self rising flour
1 C. sugar
1 C. fruit cocktail with the juice (I went ahead and used the whole 14.5 ounce can)
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Generously butter an 8" iron skillet and pour the batter in. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden on top.
