Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes
6 large potatoes
1 onion
8 slice of uncooked, diced bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ~ 10oz can of cream of chicken or celery soup
10 oz of milk
Peel and slice potatoes, dice onion. Layer potatoes, onions, cheese, bacon in this order. Mix milk with can of cream of soup, pour over top. Cook on low 8 -10 hrs.
