3 Ingredient Cookies

3 Ingredient Cookies (makes 8 cookies) 1 ripe banana 1/2 C. plus 2 T. quick cooking oats 1 T. crunchy peanut butter Mash the banana in a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
