Lime and Jalapeño Steak
Lime and Jalapeño Steak Is Ready in Just 15 Minutes!
4 jalapeno pepper, stemmed
4 clove garlic, peeled
1 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp coarse salt
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 1/2 lb top sirloin steak
Add jalapenos, garlic, pepper, salt, lime juice, and oregano to a blender and process until smooth.
Place steak in a shallow pan or large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over the steak and turn to coat. Cover the pan or seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill the steak for 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
