Jalapeno Poppers Croissants Bites
1 Package of Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
8 Jalapeno Peppers (Sliced in half and seeded)
1 Can of Croissants
Start with soft cream cheese & Mix in the Cheddar Cheese and Garlic Powder until everything is well mixed.
Next slice and seed your Jalapenos, remember the oil from the Jalapeno can burn your skin so I recommend using gloves.
Once you have your Jalapenos sliced and seeded you can fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
Take the roll of Croissants and slice each Croissant in half, this will turn a package of 8 into about 16 Croissant Wrappers. Wrap each filled Jalapeno with a Croissant and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 Degrees for around 12 Minutes! Serve while warm.
