Garlic Lime Chicken
Garlic Lime Chicken
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh onion, minced
3/4 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice (1 medium lime)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine first ten ingredients in a ziploc bag. Add chicken to bag, making sure that all of the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Refigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to several hours.
Remove chicken from bag and discard remaining marinade. Grill until the chicken’s juices run clear. Serve with Pineapple-Jalapeno Salsa.
