DIY Disinfectant or Clorox Wipes

DIY Disinfectant or Clorox Wipes It's very easy to make your own disinfectant wipes. I can’t believe I haven’t stumbled upon this DIY before! it's funny to know that these homemade wipes cost 75% less than the commercial stuff you bother yourself running over in stores. Plus, you probably already have the supplies on hand. Not only will this DIY save you money, but it can give you peace of mind, especially during these uncertain times we live in with COVID-19 restrictions and shortages of these kinds of products. Keep reading to see how easy it is to make these yourself. After you have your own batch, go ahead and make some for your neighbors. After all, during times of crisis, we need to stick together! (Metaphorically speaking, of course, since we’re all practicing social distancing, right?) Here's How : The wipes themselves are actually paper towels. Basically, grabbing the quality, name brand paper towels is an essential thing in the sense that they will be sturdy enough to absorb the disinfectant mixture without disintegrating or turning into a mushy mess. So, cut your paper towel roll down to the appropriate size for the container of your choosing. Then, slip the entire thing right inside. Depending on the size of your container, add 12 ounces of water, 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol, and 3-5 drops of dish soap and combine them well. Pour the disinfectant mixture over the paper towel roll in waves to give the paper towels a chance to absorb the liquid. Once the paper towels are saturated, go ahead and grab the cardboard roll from the center of the paper towels. Since it’s wet from the liquid, it will come out easily. Simply grab a towel from the middle! It works just like the store-bought wipes. You can add a few drops of essential oils too, if you want your wipes scented.
