Pickled Veggie Slaw
Pickled Veggie Slaw
1/2 cup carrots cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup radishes cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup cucumber cut into matchsticks
Pickling Brine
1 cup Water
1 cup White Vinegar
2 1/2 Tbs White Sugar
1 tsp Dill Weed
Layer vegetables in a jar
Mix pickling brine together in a bowl
Pour brine over match-sticked vegetables
Refrigerate at least 20-30 minutes (longer is better)
