Poppy Seed Chicken
4 - Large Chicken Breasts
3 cans - Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz - Sour Cream
1 lbs - Monterey Jack Cheese
1 stick - Butter
1/2 cup - Water
1 tbsp - Poppy Seeds
2 tubes - Ritz Crackers
Boil chicken and cut up into pieces. Mix together chicken pieces, cream of
chicken soup, sour cream, monterey jack cheese, melted butter, water and poppy
seeds. Place in a casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and spread over the
top of casserole. Cook at 325 for 30 minutes.
Cook some rice as directed.
Hint: use plain unseasoned rice because this is a very rich tasting recipe!
