Crock Pot Garlic Chicken
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced into rings
2 lbs. boneless chicken thighs
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
20 whole peeled garlic cloves
Place the onion in the bottom of your crock pot. Add the chicken to a bowl along with the remaining ingredients and toss to coat well using your hands. Place the chicken on top of the onions. Toss in the garlic, cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
