Chili Lime French Fries
2 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 limes
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the potatoes into wedges or french fry shaped matchsticks.
Place the cut potatoes onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze the lime juice over the potatoes. Dust the fries with chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes.
