Pancake Bites

Pancake Bites Use your favorite pancake mix, pour into muffin tins, add fruit, nuts, sausage, bacon, chocolate chips what ever you want to add! Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Be creative they are yummy!! Make em'... separate em'... and freeze em'! Then when you want to take them on the go .... pop em' in the microwave for a few minutes. I would make them in the mini muffin pans
