Potato Chip Clusters
9 ounces Ghirardelli white baking chocolate, melted
2 cups coarsely crushed Ruffles ridged potato chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set.
Tip: Place mini muffin liners in mini muffin tins before dropping by tablespoonfuls. It made for easier transport to the fridge to set
