SPARKLING AUTUMN SPICED SANGRIA
2 cinnamon sticks
2 apples, cored and chopped
1 orange, sliced
1 (750 ml) bottle white wine
2 cups apple cider
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup club soda or sparkling apple cider, to finish
In a large pitcher, combine cinnamon sticks, apples, orange slices, white wine, apple cider, brandy and orange juice. Stir to combine and chill.You can serve sangria immediately over ice or let it rest in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving (this option lets the flavors meld!).Just before serving, add in a little club soda or sparkling apple cider for fizziness. Serve immediately.
