White Spaghetti
White Spaghetti
1 16 oz Pkg of Spaghetti
1 1/4 Cup of Sour Cream, Mexican Sour cream works better
2 Tbsp of Butter
1/4 Cup of Milk
2 Tbsp of chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp of granulated garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup of fresh Mexican cheese or Monterrey Jack Cheese
Prepare spaghetti according to directions on package, boil and drain. In a saucepan, melt butter on medium heat and once melted add the spaghetti. Add Sour Cream, milk, chicken bouillon, granulated garlic, pepper and lower heat so it won’t stick
Mix together until it is all incorporated. Taste and add salt if necessary. Add the cheese, mix together and you are done
Variations: you can also add chopped ham or veggies
