It Won't Last Cake!
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup maraschino cherries
2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
