Mayonnaise Biscuits
Mayonnaise Biscuits
These biscuits are so easy to throw together, and you can't even tell that you're using mayonnaise instead of heavy Crisco.
~ YIELD 12 biscuits
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a muffin tin. Combine all ingredients well so that the dough is smooth. Drop the dough by spoonfuls into the muffin tins. Bake in the preheated oven approx. 30 minutes or until biscuits are done.
**DO NOT use skim milk or low fat mayo, they won't be as Tender
