Tomato-Feta Salad
Tomato-Feta Salad
2 pts. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 sweet onion, chopped
4-oz. pkg. feta cheese, crumbled
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
Gently combine tomatoes, onion and cheese in a serving bowl; set aside. Whisk oil and vinegar together; pour over tomato mixture. Toss to coat; cover and refrigerate before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
