Garlic Butter Chicken
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Softened butter mixed with garlic/garlic powder, or Lia Marie's Original Garlic Spread
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix breadcrumbs and salt in a bowl/plate.
Cut chicken into tenderloins. Pat dry.
Spread garlic butter on both sides of the chicken
Coat by pressing the chicken into the crumb mixture.
Place coated chicken on the foil-lined sheet. Spray top of chicken with cooking spray.
Bake 30 minutes.
Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
