Deep Fried Cheese Ravioli with Crawfish Cream Sauce 1lb crawfish tails with fat Frozen cheese ravioli Italian breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 onion finely chopped 1/2 bell pepper finely chopped 3 cloves minced garlic 1 stick of butter Egg for an egg wash Set deep fryer at 350. Mix 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese in with breadcrumbs for coating. Dip raviolis in egg wash and then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Deep fry until they float to the top and brown. For sauce- Melt butter and sauté onion, bell pepper and garlic. Add crawfish tails with fat and let them cook until they begin to let off liquids. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to your liking and allow to cook until thickened. Arrange 5-6 ravioli on plate ,pour a scoop crawfish mix over top,,ENJOY
