2-1/4 Cup rice krispies
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup melted butter
1-1/2 Cups flaked coconut
3/4 Cup shopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 can cherry pie filling
Lightly mix cereal, sugar, butter, coconut and nuts.
Lightly mix cereal, sugar, butter, coconut and nuts.
Put 1/2 of mixture in 9x13 pan, spread with slightly softened ice cream.
Top with remaining cereal mixture. Freeze.
Cut into serving pieces and top with cherry pie filling.
