Crispy Snap Peas
1 pound sugar snap peas
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper Crispy Snap Peas:
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Ranch Crispy Snap Peas:
1 1/2 teaspoons homemade ranch seasoning
Sweet & Spicy Crispy Snap Peas:
1 1/2 teaspoons spicy dry rub mix
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Wash and dry sugar snap peas. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and seasoning of choice. Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
