OMG! Brownies

OMG! Brownies 1 box brownie mix (about 20-ounces) - ingredients for brownies per box instructions ½ (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk ½ to ¾ cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips (or just as much as you please) Prepare the brownies mix per the box instructions. Remove from the oven and pour half of the can of sweetened condensed milk over the brownies. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow to cool completely before slicing
