Caramelized Baked Chicken Wings
Caramelized Baked Chicken Wings
3 lbs. chicken wings
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1⁄2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 c. honey
1 garlic clove, minced
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees .
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt & pepper
Pour over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hr., or until sauce is caramelized.
