CHINESE CHEWS
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups chow mein noodles
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Combine sugar and syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in noodles, peanut butter, coconut
and nuts. Stir until mixed.
Drop by teaspoons onto buttered wax paper and let cool.
