MAYONNAISE COOKIES

MAYONNAISE COOKIES 3 dozen 1 cup white sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 pinch salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add mayonnaise and vanilla. Mix together very well. Shape into walnut-sized balls. (The dough will be crumbly). Mash with a fork, sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for 12 minutes .
