Strawberry Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Strawberry Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls 1 Roll Crescent Rolls 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1/2 cup Sugar 1 Egg Yolk 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Vanilla Strawberry Ice Cream Topping 1 cup Strawberries diced Start by placing your cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Blend on high until fluffy. Add sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Blend on high until smooth. Roll out crescent rolls. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of each crescent roll. Place a teaspoon of strawberry ice cream topping on top of cream cheese mixture. Add a teaspoon of diced strawberries to each crescent roll. Roll up each one. Bake at 350 degrees, for 10 minutes, or until golden.
