Easy Peanut Butter Banana Cake

Easy Peanut Butter Banana Cake 3 large ripe bananas 1/2 C. peanut butter plus more for drizzling 2 large eggs 1 box yellow cake mix Mash the bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl. Stir in the peanut butter and combine well. Use a fork and whisk in the eggs till incorporated with the banana mixture. Add the dry cake mix and combine well. Pour into a prepared 9" round cake pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes, till a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack. Once the cake has cooled, take about 1/8 cup of peanut butter and melt it in the microwave. Use a spoon and drizzle the melted peanut butter over the top.
