Hot Chocolate Popcorn
Hot Chocolate Popcorn
Yield :16 cups
1 bag (14.4 oz) popped salted popcorn
1/2 cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon with a whisk or a fork.
Open popcorn bag and pour in powdered sugar mixture. Fold down the top of the bag of popcorn and shake it to cover the popcorn.
Add in marshmallows and chocolate chunks, gently shaking to distribute. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
