SKILLET SAUSAGE AND RICE
Beef Kielbasa sausage (14 oz)
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of corn, drained
2 cups of pre-cooked rice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauté the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat till brown, add in the minced garlic and stir another minute.
Lower the heat to a medium-low and add the drained black beans, corn, and rice to the sausage.
Season with Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Once everything is heated through, it is ready to serve.
