EASY GRILLED TERIYAKI CHICKEN
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
Campbell's Grill Sauces Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
3 cups cooked rice
While the grill is heating, cut the peppers and onions into bite-size chunks. Skewer the vegetable pieces on a bamboo or metal skewer.
Place the chicken directly on the grill. Also place the veggie skewers on the grill. Cook the chicken for 6 minutes on the first side. Turn the chicken and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until the center of the chicken is no longer pink inside. Turn the veggie skewers so they get cooked on each side.
While the chicken and veggies are cooking prepare the rice.
Pour the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken sauce in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat according to package directions.
Place a spoonful of rice on a plate. Top with the cooked chicken. Spoon teriyaki sauce overtop the chicken.
Serve with a side of grilled veggies.
